Description

 Za’atar is an aromatic mixture of herbs and spices based on thyme and roasted sesame. Depending on the preferences of the local community, it contains additives such as olive oil, wheat, sumac and various herbs in variable proportions. Our Zatar’s composition refers to the area of ​​Lebanon, Syria and Palestine.

This Middle Eastern spice is most often used for pita bread, hummus, marinating meat and vegetables and flavoring olive oil. It is also an inseparable ingredient of a dip based on Greek yogurt with olive oil served with fresh bread or kebab.

Ingredients:  sesame peel, wheat bran, raw sesame, thyme, sunflower oil, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid. The product may contain: peanuts and other nuts, celery, mustard seeds and sulfur dioxide.
