One of the most famous and appreciated Nongshim noodle soups.Shin Ramyun Black is delicious, springy noodles in an aromatic broth with a unique composition of spices, topped with a sprinkle of freeze-dried vegetables and mushrooms. This soup guarantees a full flavor that is hard to forget. The soup includes a packet of spices, a packet of dried vegetables and noodles. We can eat it with ready-made additions or – following the Koreans’ example – add many of our own ingredients: meat, vegetables, raw or boiled eggs or dumplings. It all depends on our preferences and creative inventiveness.

A method of preparing:

Boil 500-550 ml of water. Add the pasta and the contents of the spice packets to the boiling water. Cook for 4-5 minutes over medium heat. Mix well and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
