Authentic Tandoori BBQ marinade

Simple Recipe

Ingredients required:
– Chicken/Beef/Lamb 1kg / 4-8 skinless pieces
– Butter 3-4 Tablespoon
– Shan Tandoori Marinade Sauce 1 bottle
(Mix well before Use with a dry spoon )
Full bottle Serves: 6- 8 Person

1. Make deep cuts on each chicken piece. Prick meat with a fork and pat dry.
2. Apply Shan Tandoori BBQ Marinated sauce and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to marinate. Discard the liquid collected.
3. Arrange the marinated chicken pieces in a tray and apply butter. Place the tray in a preheated oven, 375F/190C for 45 minutes. Then place under the grill until browned or barbecue the chicken pieces
