Sriracha Tamarind chili sauce tamarind 455 ml Vegan Flying Goose

Sriracha is a very hot Thai sauce made from chili pepper paste with the addition of vinegar, garlic, sugar and salt.

The name comes from the name of the coastal town of Si Racha in eastern Thailand. The sauce was probably created in 1930 from a recipe by a housewife named Thanom Chakkapak.

In Thailand, Sriracha is mainly used in seafood dishes, while in Vietnamese cuisine it is used in Pho, fried noodles, and spring rolls.

Sriracha sauce can also be used as a topping for hamburgers, a dip for chips, and for any dish that needs a bit of spiciness.

This sauce comes in many different hotness varieties and with different spices added.

Ingredients:  sugar, chili 35%, garlic, water, tamarind puree 8%, salt, garlic, modified tapioca starch, flavour enhancer: E621, acidity regulator: E334, colour: E150c, stabiliser: E415, spirit vinegar, preservative: E202. The product may contain: wheat, fish, peanuts, soy,  mustard and sesame seeds.

The product is gluten-free and vegan.
