Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. This does not include Frozen Items, Fresh Vegetables and Fresh Sweets.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Acceptable reasons for a refund are:

  • The product is unfit for human consumption at the time of delivery.
  • The product is damaged when received.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Requests for refunds for frozen foods, vegetables, fruits and fresh sweets will ONLY be accepted within 12 hours after your order is delivered. Please provide pictures to facilitate the refund process. You will be required to send pictures along with your refund claim. If the package is not received at the attempted time of delivery or is delivered to a drop off location, Dealia Trade Sp z o.o. cannot be held liable for damages or loss of quality.

Exchanges are only offered on products that are received in damaged condition or unfit for consumption. Please contact us on receipt of the items:

Return shipping to be paid by the customer. To return your product, you should mail your product to:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you arrange your own return delivery service, we advise you to use a trackable delivery to guarantee return receipt of your items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
