Description

Spice garnish for chickpeas.

Chickpeas – 200g/ 1 cup, boil in 10 cups water for 2 hours then add 1 tbsp baking soda and boil for 10 minutes
2. Potatoes – 3 cups, peeled, boiled, and cubed
3. Onion – 1 cup, finely diced
4. Green chillies – 3-4, finely sliced
5. Lemon juice – 3-4 tbsp
6. Fresh coriander
7. Tamarind paste- 1/2 cup
8. Papri – 1 cup, crushed
9. Shan Chana Chaat Masala 3-4 tbsp
Method: Combine all the above items except Papri. Mix well. Serve with papri on top of each serving.
