Description
Sago, also known as Sabudana or Tapioca, is derived from cassava or tapioca root by extracting milk from it, forming small balls and drying them in the sun. These beautiful white pearls are very nutritious and become soft and spongy when cooked. However, be careful not to allow them to overheat as this will create a sticky mass.
