Natco Tamarind pulp is used in Indian and Thai cuisine for its sweetish, tangy flavour. Dilute in warm water for a few minutes and add to your chosen dish. This souring agent is used for chutneys, dips, sweet and sour dishes.
Our products are manufactured in a site that handles gluten, soya, milk, nuts, peanuts, sesame, mustard, celery and sulphites.
