Spicy BBQ Marinade
Ingredients Required:
Chicken: 1 1/2kg / 6-12 skinless pieces
Butter: 3-4 Tbsp
Shan Chicken Tikka BBQ marinade Sauce: 1 bottle
(Mix well before use with a dry spoon)
Full bottle serving: 3-4 person
Steps of cooking:
1. Make slits on each chicken piece. Prick meat with a fork and pat dry.
2. Apply Shan Chicken Tikka BBQ Marinade Sauce and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to marinate.
3. Thread the marinated meat on skewers and barbeque on low heat on a coal/stove. Grill evenly on each side until the meat is tender. Apply butter before removing.
