Aachi Dried Red Chilli Peppers are sun-dried, hand-picked chillies. They are an integral part of various dishes such as Sambhar, Rasam, Kadhi Pakora, Biriyani, Madras Curry, Dal, etc.
Aachi Dried Red Chilli can be added directly to cooked food, lightly toasted or placed in a bowl and simply poured over with slightly chilled boiled water. Then squeeze out excess water and chop or cut into strips to add to the prepared dish.
Dried chilli goes perfectly with any dish: from pizza to stews, creamy sauces, pasta, casseroles or curries. Dried chillies can also be used to prepare chilli sauces, dips or chilli chutneys.
