This unique grain is known for its tantalising flavour, magical aroma and delicate fluffy texture. Like champagne, Pure Basmati rice can only be grown and harvested in one place on Earth, at the foothills of the Himalayas. Our grains are purity tested, as we believe only Pure Basmati has the unique characteristics. Preparation Instructions: For best results soak rice in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking. Bring a large pan of Water to the boil. stir in the rice adding a pinch of salt if required. Return to the boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain well and serve.
