Black Rose Kali Mehndi is a Black Hair Dye Powder which is made of Henna to cover the grey hair. It is one of the largest selling Henna hair Dyes in India. It contains PPD which is a chemical compound and have anti oxidation properties. PPD is considered safe for hairs and scalp.
