National Cornflour 300 g is made from wholesome yellow corn kernels and is the perfect ingredient for thickening soups and gravies. It helps in binding, frying, and baking, and also in making meals crispier and tastier.

Usage Tips:

• Mix cornflour and water at room temperature to make a paste
• For hot liquids, like soup, add cornflour paste at the end of the cooking process
• To prevent thinning of gravy/soup, do not overcook after adding cornflour
