To enhance the taste and flavor of various foods sprinkle appetizing sour and spicy Shan Chaat Masala on Salads, Fruits, Vegetables, Potato Chips, Papar Dams, Fried Nuts, Yoghurt, Tamarind Chutneys, Dahi Baras, Pakoras, Channa Cholay, Haleem, Dal, Boiled Eggs, Khichra, Nimko, French Fries, Fried Fish, Omelette, and various other dishes…

Chick Peas: 200g/ 1 cup, boil in 10 cups water for 2 hours then add 1 tbsp baking soda and boil for 10 minutes.
Potatoes: 3 cups, boiled and cubed.
Onion: 1 Cup, finely sliced
Green chilies: 3-4 tbsp
Lemon Juice: 3-4 tbsp
Fresh coriander: 2-3 tbsp leaves
Tamarind Paste: 1/2 cup
Papri: 1 cup, crushed
Shan Chana Chaat Masala: 3-4 tbsp
Method: Combine all the above items except papri. Mix well. Serve with Papri on top of each serving.
