Description

Sweet & Sour Spicy fried Chicken.

Ingredients Required
1. Chicken – 1kg, boneless small cubes
2. Egg – 1 whisked
3. Wheat Flour – 1/2 cup / 50g
4. Lemon Juice – 4 tbsp
5. Green Chillies – 4-6 medium size, de-seeded and cut into thick slices
6. Curry leaves, fresh – 20-30 leaves
7. Tomato Ketchup – 1/2 – 1 cup/ 100-200g
8. Fresh Cream – 4-6 tbsp
9. Oil – 3 cups/ 525ml for deep frying
10. Butter – 1/4 – 1/2 – 100 g
11. Shan Chicken 65 mix – one packet

Steps of cooking:
1. Mix lemon juice, 3 tbsp Shan Chicken 65, egg, wheat flour, and 4-6 tbsp water. Make a smooth paste. Apply to chicken and marinate for 2-3 hours.
2. Deep fry the chicken cubes in hot oil until crisp/ golden.
3. Separately heat butter and add curry leaves, remaining Shan Chicken 65, tomato ketchup, and stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add chicken, green chilies and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add cream, stir fry for a minute, and remove.
Serve hot with toasted bread slices.
