Spicy tomato Based stir fry sauce.
Chicken/Beef/Lamb: (750g, cubes)
Tomatoes: 2 medium-diced
Cooking Oil: 85ml/ 1/2 cup
Shan Karahi/Balti Cooking Sauce: 1 bottle
(Mix well before use with a dry spoon)
Full bottle serving: 3-4 person
Steps of cooking:
1. Stir fry meat on high heat (5 minutes for chicken and 10 minutes for beef /lamb) in oil until it turns light brown.
2. Add tomatoes, Shan Karahi cooking sauce, and water (1/2-1 cup for beef/lamb – for chicken if required).
3. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender and oil separates from gravy.
Serve hot with naan and green salad.
