Description

Recipe and seasoning mix for Batter Coated Fish.

Ingredients required
Fish/Prawn: 1 kg, boneless cube/ steaks/ fingers/slices/ fillets
Cooking Oil: 2-3 cups/500ml, for deep frying
Shan Lahori Fish Mix: 1 packet
Steps of Cooking:
1. MIx half cup of water in Shan Lahori Fish Mix and make a smooth batter. Apply on fish.
2. Deep fry fish until golden and crisp.
Serving suggestion: Serve with Shan Green and Tomato Chutney

Different Variations:
1. Add one egg to the batter or
2. Add 2 tbsp chopped green chilies and chopped cilantro or
3. Add 2 tbsp chopped garlic in batter.
