Shan Meat Masala 100g
Mix For Medium Meat Curry.
1. Heat 1/2 cup oil and fry 3 medium (300g), finely sliced onions for a few minutes.
2. Add 500g meat, cubed(Chicken/Beef/Lamb), 1. tbsp Garlic Paste, 1 tbsp Ginger Paste and 2-3 tbsp Shan Meat Masala. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
3. Add 1 medium, finely diced tomato. Stir-fry and then add 4 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is tender.
4. Increase heat, stir, and cook until the oil separates from the masala. For desired gravy, if necessary, add the appropriate amount of water.
