Seasoning Mix for exclusive BBQ Blend.

Steps of cooking:
1. Mix All the above ingredients except butter and run in a chopper for 1 minute. Set aside for 2-3 hours.
2. Add butter and mix well.
3. Make small round meatballs. Thread each through a skewer. Flatten the grounded meat in a thin layer around each skewer with a wet hand.
4. Barbeque on low heat of a coal/gas grill (or in a hot oven at 275 F). Periodically turn the skewer, until the kebabs change color. Do not over-grill/ brown the kebab.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with Shan Tamarind/ BBQ/ Green chutney and onion Salad.
