Description

Mung beans provide an excellent source of protein and fibre. They have a similar cooking time to lentils: around 20-30 minutes. There is no need to soak these beans – just a quick wash will do, although soaking will help to reduce the cooking time. Mung beans only take around a minute or 2 in a pressure cooker.
