Ghee TRS butter clarified butter, comes from South Asia and is used in Indian and South Asian cuisine. High-quality TRS ghee adds a unique aroma and a very rich taste to dishes. Traditionally, ghee can be prepared by melting butter in a pot over medium heat, as it melts it creates a white foam on top. It is then cooked, stirring occasionally, until the foam slowly reduces and the color of the butter turns pale yellow. It is then cooked over low heat until the color turns golden. The residue settles to the bottom and the ghee, which is now golden, translucent and fragrant, is ready. Ghee sets when completely cool. Ghee has a long shelf life and does not require refrigeration if stored in a hermetically sealed container. The texture, color and taste of ghee depends on the source of milk obtained and the cooking time. Ghee contains beta-carotene and vitamin E, two well-known antioxidants that fight free radicals. Ghee in our diet will help us maintain good health. Traditional Ghee is obtained from cow or buffalo milk, cow ghee has an exceptionally good effect on our brain. Ghee is widely used in Indian and Pakistani cuisine to prepare a variety of dishes such as ghee rice, pulao rice and biryani. Traditionally, Ghee was widely used for deep frying, before the advent of vegetable oil. TRS Ghee is an essential source of fat for making Indian sweets like Mysore Pak, halva, laddu and others. 

Ghee can be heated to much higher temperatures than other fats without fear of burning. It changes the taste of dishes prepared with it, giving them a unique nutty aroma.
