Mora Sev is a type of snack similar to Ratlam Sev but with a thicker texture. It’s made from chickpea flour (besan) and spices, extruded through a Sev maker into hot oil, and then fried until crispy. Mora Sev is characterized by its thicker strands compared to the finer strands of Ratlam Sev.
