Meat in Pickle Condiments.

Steps of cooking:
1. Take 1 packet of Shan Achar Gosht and dissolve it in 1/2 cup water. Take 10 medium green chilies and slit them lengthwise. Mix 2 tbsp of Shan Achar Gosht with 3-4 tbsp lemon juice. Fill the chilies with the mixture.
2. Heat 1 cup cooking oil (175ml) and add 1 kg meat with the bones – Chicken/beef/ lamb- cut into small portions. Add 1-2 spoon garlic paste, 1-2 tbsp ginger paste,2&1/2 cups(500ml) of plain, whipped yogurt, and the remaining Shan Achar Gosht. Stir fry on high heat for 7-10 minutes.
3. Add 2-3 cups of water. Cover and cook on low heat until the meat is tender.
4. Grind and sieve 6 medium (500g) tomatoes to make a puree. Add the puree to the meat mixture. Stir-fry for 5-6 mins on high heat and place the filled green chilies over the meat. Cover and cook on low heat until th eoil separates from the gravy. If desired, remove excess oil before serving.
