Shan Fruit Chaat Masala adds the right flavor to your mixed fruit salad for a flavorful experience.

Chickpeas: 200g/ 1 Cup, boil in 10 cups water for 2 houers then add 1 teaspoon baking soda and boil for 10 minutes
Potato: 1 cup,peeled and cubed
Guava: 1 cup, diced
Mango: 1 cup, peeled and diced
Apple: 1 cup, diced
banana: 1 cup, peeled and diced
Pomegranate seeds: 1/2 cup
tamarind paste: 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice: 3-6 tbsp
Dates: 2-3, soaked in water for 1 hour then make a pulp
Shan fruit Chaat Masala: 4-5 tbsp
Combine tamarind paste, lemon juice, dates pulp, and Shan Fruit Chaat Masala and blend well. Add chickpeas and fruit.
Mix and serve
